All ICE services, including but not limited to ICEdb.com, IMEI Check and ICE Client, are non-refundable, with the exception noted below.

If there is a malfunction in logic which causes an account to be overcharged, then you can request that Mannapov, LLC remove the overcharge and readjust at any time.
